Job description:
As Project Manager ICT you are responsible for leading ICT projects towards successful implementation. These projects can be either internal projects, such as implementation of system changes, upgrades or migrations, or software and system development projects for external customers. Together with the ICT Business Analyst you address the business requirements, and develop the business case for the project. You are the owner of the project plan, take care of planning of required resources (internal and/or external), and manage approval of the business case and project plan with the business owner / client and DynaLean management. You manage the delivery of the project against agreed time, budget, and quality. You are the linking pin between the DynaLean organisation and the user community of your projects and first point of call within DynaLean for the projects you manage. You communicate regular updates to all stakeholders, and report a formal regular project status update to the project team, DynaLean Management Team, and business owners / clients, in line with agreed arrangements for each target audience.

Vereisten

Higher professional education (certificate)
5+ years of experience in sucessfully leading software development projects
Experience in applying project management methodologies such as IPMA, or Prince2 (certificate)
Knowledge of best practices in IT service management and application development such as ITIL, or ASL (certificate)
Experience with lean/agile software development methodologies (certificate)
You have up-to-date knowledge in the field of ITIL processes and modern software-development addressing
Strong result oriented, capable of managing resistance and problems into possibilities and solutions
Strong communicator, capable of engaging project team and stakeholder community
Team player, able to challenge contribution of individual project members and not afraid to seek constructive confrontation
Strong language proficiency in Dutch and English (both verbal and in writing), additionally in German is desireable
Knowledge of e-commerce is a must
