Job Description
The sales Account Manager will be part of our sales team based near Maastricht (Netherlands). With a strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills, you will confidently manage the full corporate sales cycle from initial enquiry to closure. This is an exciting sales role with a company that is market leading with its innovative e-commerce technology, tooling processes and applications. Full training on the company’s product range will be provided to the successful candidate.

As a Sales Account Manager your key responsibilities will be:

Acquire in depth knowledge of our software and related solutions
Managing a portfolio of Clients who are using the Dynacommerce OMNIUS platform for Project deliveries, Implementation Services, Hosting, Maintenance & Support Services, Software Licenses, Professional Services, Strategy consulting and solution selling
Pursues targeted prospects and lead follow up
Maintain excellent customer satisfaction through effective account management
Qualify and manage opportunities including writing proposals and responding to tenders
Negotiate and closes commercial agreements (incl. monitoring and reporting on all activities)
Manages complex relationships requiring proven negotiation skills with executives
Provide corporate presentations & software demonstrations

Vereisten

Key Qualifications

HBO+ education
5+ years of sales / business development experience in a software development / technology company in a comparable position with a strong preference in the Telecom or Cable industry
Professional experience working in a software development company
Process definition and documentation experience
Project Management methodology: Prince 2 (Foundation), Scrum
Excellent forecasting, budgeting and reporting skills and able to use sales tooling (e.g. Salesforce.com)
Demonstrated success in building and managing revenue generating multiple partnerships with deal values exceeding 2-5 Mio EURO per annum
Ability to manage multiple simultaneous work streams and multiple relationships and multiple deal terms
Knowledge of e-commerce / Omnichannel marketplace and multi-channel / multiplay business models
Excellent strategic selling and negotiation skills
Ability to influence decision makers at all levels
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Logical thinker with great attention to detail and can do attitude
Self-motivated and target driven
Fluent in English ( optional: Dutch, German)
Software / Applications

Experienced user of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS-Project & Projects Web Application (PWA)
Sharepoint
Salesforce.com or other sales management/reporting software
Main Location will be the Dynacommerce Sittard Office near Maastricht (Netherlands), with regular travel (30% - 50%) to client locations.
